At the seventh annual JNA Award ceremony that took place at the HONG KONG JEWELERY & GEM FAIR ( Organized by UBM Asia), Kuwayama Co., Ltd. (Head office: Taito-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Takahiro Kuwayama ) has awarded the "Manufacturer of the Year - Jewellery" in the JNA Award 2018.

Established by UBM Asia, the JNA Awards are recognized as one of the most prestigious award in the Asian jewellery and gemstone industry. The ceremony honors companies and individuals who have contributed to the development of the jewellery industry in Asia. The nominees are evaluated by various criteria's such as innovation in technology and management, leadership over the industry, and CSR reputations. This year with a total of 127 entries from 16 countries, the competition was fierce as ever.

Out of the 13 categories in the field of manufacturing and retailing, region, scale of company, "Manufacturer of the Year - Jewellery" award is the highest honor in the field of jewellery manufacturing. With the support of customers and the corporation of employees, Kuwayama was shortlisted as Honourees for demonstrating on-going business development with outstanding achievement. After rigid judgment and examination from the judging panel, Kuwayama has finally selected as the Recipient of this year's award.
